Standard fees

$140.00 (HST Included) per 60 minute session of individual therapy.
A doctor’s referral is NOT required to book an appointment.

Accepted payment types

Etransfer or Visa or Mastercard.

Insurance options

Coverage varies greatly, but my services are often covered in part or in full by most insurance providers. Please contact your health insurance provider to learn more about what your plan covers.

Below are some questions that are helpful to ask:

• Do my insurance benefits include “Psychotherapy”?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?
• What is my deductible?
